#1 The Arizona Wildcats (12-4) have really stepped up their offensive game and it helped in their 75-70 win against the Stanford Cardinal (7-8) on Wednesday night at Maples Pavilion.

#2 KZ Okpala topped Stanford scorers with 29 points and Deajon Davis had 15 points.

#3 Brandon Randolph had 17 points, topping five Wildcat scorers on Wed in double figures.

#4 The Cardinal are struggling with the Pac-12 at 0-3. In early conference play, it can get late early.

#5 Stanford head coach Jerod Haase said the team is going to improve and get better.

#2 San Jose Sharks got two goals in 39 seconds after Sharks were down 2-1 in the third period. Brett Burns and Joonas Donskoi scored the two goals.

#3 The Nashville Predators’ Artemi Panarin scored two goals and an overtime goal to help Nashville beat the Columbus Blue Jackets 4-3.

#4 The Tampa Lightning’s Brayden Point scored the game-winning goal with 3:15 left in the and got an empty-netter to help Tampa Bay with a 3-1 win.

#5 Crosstown win for the New York Islanders’ Josh Bailey, who scored with 1:26 left as the Isles defeated the New York Rangers 4-3.

#2 Pac Bell Park, SBC Park, AT&T Park, and now Oracle Park. AT&T and the Giants split and the higher bidder, Oracle, will have naming rights.

#3 At one time, people used to criticize Levi’s Stadium that it was too hot in August through October to sit in the stands. Now after the college playoffs, it’s the toast of the town with its VIP lounges, nice carpeted turf, and nuances. Why the fans’ change of heart?

#2 The Reign were battling the Barracuda during the first 20 minutes of the contest to a scoreless match

#3  The Barracuda got on the board in the second period as Evan Weinger scored along the left wing and scored on Reign goalie Cal Peterson.

#4 At 8:25, the Reign’s Kale Clauge shot on from the right point to score as the Barracuda goalie Antoine Bibeau was screened.

#5 The Barracuda’s Alex True scored at 19:38 for his 11th goal of the season and the gamer for San Jose.

#1 The Orlando Magic couldn’t hold a second and third quarter lead over the Sacramento Kings on Monday night at Golden One Center in a 111-95 loss. The next night and Kings dropped a tough loss to Phoenix and the Suns played catch up 115-111.

#2 De’Aaron Fox contributed with 20 points and the Kings lead by 28 points after three quarters Fox has been a big contributor. Fox in Phoenix led the Kings again with 24 points but turned the ball over eight times.

#3 The win on Monday gave snapped the Kings’ four-game losing streak and boosted morale for Sacramento, but 24 hours later, the let down in Phoenix.

#4  The Kings were up by 21 and turned the ball over 26 times. That’s a lot of turnovers after having a big lead.

#5 Next up for Sacramento, the Kings are back at Golden One vs. Detroit on Thursday.
