Super Bowl 50 update report: San Jose cops go Bustin Bronco’s Ryan Murphy’s brother for solicitation

SANTA CLARA–Tuesday is a little too close for comfort when it comes to getting ready to play on the biggest stage in one’s football career. For Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak he was one that was hoping everyone on the club was well practiced and focused for Sunday’s big game at Levis Stadium.

The Broncos safety squad Ryan Murphy was detained and questioned on Tuesday by San Jose Police for prostitution solicitation which involved Murphy’s brother. Murphy’s brother was cited for solicitation. Murphy did not get arrested for solicitation charges.

Kubiak however sent Murphy home according to the Broncos vice president of media relations Patrick Smyth. Kubiak and the Broncos took this action to avoid taking any chances that Murphy was found of any wrongdoing. According to reports the alleged woman that was being questioned by police at the time said she had to go back to her car to retrieve some property. When she got to her car the Murphy brothers were seated in her vehicle and were later were questioned by police.
