The quest for six will have to wait another year for the San Francisco 49ers.

Patrick Mahomes threw a three-yard touchdown reception to Mecole Hardman with six seconds remaining in overtime to complete a comeback 25-22 victory for the Kansas City Chiefs to win Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday evening at Allegiant Stadium.

Kansas City has won three Super Bowls in the past five years and becomes the seventh team to win back-to-back titles and the first time it’s been done in the past 20 years when the New England Patriots did in 2004 and 2005. San Francisco has lost its second Super Bowl to the Chiefs in the past five years.

San Francisco is left heartbroken and wondering what if during the game in which the jumped out to a 10-0 lead against Kansas City.

A scoreless first quarter and low scoring first half featured fumble losses by both teams. On the 49ers first possession, in which they were driving down the field, running back Christian McCaffery was stripped of the ball Leo Chanel running off tackle. George Karlaftis recovered the ball at the Kansas City 27-yard line.

The 49ers defense kept Kansas City’s offense in check as they pressured Mahomes and didn’t allow him to establish a rhythm early in the game. San Francisco finally broke the deadlock early in the second quarter when rookie kicker Jake Moody kicked a then Super Bowl record 55-yard field 12 seconds into the quarter.

After a 52-yard reception by Hardman to set up the Chiefs at the 49ers nine-yard line, Chiefs running back Isaiah Pacheco had the ball stripped away from him on the next play by Deommodore Lenoir that was recovered by Javon Hargrave.

San Francisco scored the game’s first touchdown late in the first half on a trick play from head coach Kyle Shanahan’s playbook. Jauan Jennings received a pitch out to the left from quarterback Brock Purdy. Jennings then threw the ball back to the right to an open McCaffery who raced in all alone for a 21-yard touchdown reception.

Kansas City drove down the field on its final possession of the first half on a 13 play 65-yard drive that ended with a 28-yard field goal by kicker Harrison Butker with 20 second left before halftime.

San Francisco’s defense started the second half with its second turnover of the game. On a 3rd and 12 from their own 23-yard line, Mahomes was intercepted by Ji’Ayir Brown at the 44-yard line. However, the 49ers offense went three and out they weren’t able to take advantage of the interception.

Butker made it a 10-6 deficit when he kicked a Super Bowl record 57-yard field goal with 5:03 left in the third quarter.

The 49ers offense was scuffled with three consecutive three and outs as the Chiefs defense started pressuring Purdy and forcing incomplete passes as Shanahan drifted away from the run game in the third quarter.

“I hurt the most for the players I can’t tell you guys how long it takes to get here & how long it takes to get through an NFL season. Our guys I hurt for the most,” Shanahan said.

The momentum of the game turned in Kansas City’s favor when a Tommy Townsend punt went off the heel of Darrell Luter Jr. Punt returner Ray Ray McCloud attempted to pick up the loose ball, but it was recovered by Jaylen Watson at the 49ers 16-yard line.

Mahomes needed just one play to find a wide-open Marquez Valdez-Scantling for a 16-yard touchdown reception to give the Chiefs its first lead of the game 13-10 with 2:28 left in the third quarter.

“If you go and look at the self-inflicted wounds we had, we just beat ourselves,” McCaffery said.

San Francisco answered back on its next drive. Purdy marched the 49ers down the field on a 12 play 75-yard scoring drive that ate up 6:06 off the clock. Purdy connected with Jennings on a slant route where he broke one tackle and went into the end zone for a 10-yard touchdown reception. However, Moody’s extra point attempt was blocked by Chanel which proved huge down the stretch.

The 49ers kept that drive alive by going for it on 4th and 3 from the 15-yard line when Purdy found tight end George Kittle for his first reception of the game, a four-yard reception to the right sideline.

Kansas City tied the score with Butker’s third field goal, a 24-yarder with 5:46 remaining in the fourth quarter. The 49ers then marched down and regained the lead with Moody’s second 50-plus yard field goal, this time from 53 yards with 1:53 remaining in regulation.

That gave Mahomes and company enough to march down the field and have Butker once again tie the game with his fourth field goal of the game, a 29-yarder with three second left in regulation to force only the second Super Bowl ever to go into overtime.

In the overtime session, San Francisco won the coin toss and elected to receive the ball. Purdy marched them down the field on a methodical 13 play, 66-yard drive that was finished off with a 27-yard field goal by Moody.

“That’s what hurt me… Mahomes is really good and you just don’t want to give them an opportunity to go down & win the game off a touchdown. When I wasn’t able to connect with him (Jennings) it hurt,” Purdy said.

The overtime rules had changed this season in that even if the team who had won the coin toss had scored a touchdown on its possession, the other team would still have received a possession to match before the sudden death rules applied.

At the end the Niners defense which had played its best game of the playoffs ran out of gas as it could not stop the Chiefs offense from scoring the game winning touchdown drive that was 13 plays and 75 yards led by Mahomes.

“They (the defense) played really well, when they needed to play well. (They) gave us plenty of opportunities and we didn’t take advantage of them,” Kittle said on his team’s offensive struggles.

Mahomes, who won his third Super Bowl MVP award, finished the game 34 of 46 for 333 yards with two touchdowns and one interception and was sacked three times. He also led the Chiefs in rushing with 66 yards on nine carries. Pacheco chipped in 59 yards on the ground on 18 carries. Travis Kelce, who only had one reception for one yard in the first half, led all receivers with nine catches for 90 yards.

Purdy finished his first Super Bowl start going 23/38 for 255 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions and was sacked once but was pressured most of the second half by Kansas City’s blitz package. McCaffery led the 49ers in both rushing and receiving with 160 all-purpose yards. He had 80 yards rushing on 22 carries and eight receptions for 80 yards.

Deebo Samuel who had injured a hamstring in the second half was limited to just three catches for 33 yards. Kittle was mainly invisible during the game with only two catches for four yards. Jennings chipped in four catches for 42 yards to go along with his touchdown.

Lineback Dre Greenlaw suffered an Achilles injury in the second quarter when he was about to take the field on defense and never returned to the game.

GAME NOTES: San Francisco finished 3-for-12 on third down conversions. Kansas City went 9-for-19.

Jennings became the second player in Super Bowl history (joining Nick Fowles) to throw for a touchdown reception and record a receiving reception in a Super Bowl.

Kansas City had its eight-game playoff streak of scoring on its opening possession snapped when they went three and out on its opening possession.

Former Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders players Jim Plunkett, Fred Biletnikoff and Marcus Allen, all ex Super Bowl MVP’s, lit the Al Davis Memorial Torch before the game.

Super Bowl LVIII/Headline Sports podcast with Charlie O: Super Bowl rematch number two for Chiefs and 49ers

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan addresses the media at Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas (NewsNation photo)

On Headline Sports podcast with Charlie O:

#1 Charlie, this Super Bowl LVIII is rematch of the 2019 Super Bowl LIV which the Kansas City Chiefs won. The Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in that one 31-20.

#2 Chiefs quarterback Pat Mahomes was under center for the Chiefs and three Super Bowls later Mahomes is back to face the 49ers again.

#3 The last time the 49ers won a Super Bowl was 1994 for Super Bowl XXIX when the 49ers crushed the San Diego Chargers 49-26 at Joe Robbie Stadium in Miami. That was when Steve Young was the 49ers quarterback and ironically Steve recently did an interview with 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy.

#4 The 49ers came into the post season as the No.1 seeded team in the NFC and has even though barely carried their position all the way through to get to the Super Bowl.

#5 The Chiefs were the No.3 seeded team in the AFC but you can say that was only in name as they Chiefs was the most feared team to face through the playoffs.

#6 Last question it’s a headline question with the Super Bowl in Las Vegas after Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodwin saying that the Oakland A’s belong in Oakland it got the attention of the media covering the Super Bowl in Vegas and took off.

Super Bowl LVIII/San Francisco 49ers podcast with Joe Hawkes: Taking a look how each team matches up in what could be a close game

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy addresses the press on media day on Mon Feb 5, 2024 in Las Vegas (AP News photo)

On the Super Bowl LVIII/San Francisco 49ers podcast with Joe Hawkes:

#1 Joe, how much of an impact will the hard surface of the UNLV practice field be on the San Francisco 49ers? Head coach Kyle Shanahan feels it won’t have an impact and that it’s all good.

#2 If this was the test this is the big exam and for 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy will he get the time he needs to get the ball away against a rather quick Kansas City Chiefs pass rush?

#3 Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that it’s Thursday and the game is in sight and he wants to get through with practice as the Super Bowl is just days away.

#4 Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce said that this being their third Super Bowl in five years and Kelce said three is a big number in terms of dynasties and said he was hopeful the Chiefs can get this thing.

#5 So last and final question for you to complete your assortment of questions for the 2023-24 season and Super Bowl LVIII what’s your prediction for Sunday at Allegiant Stadium with these two evenly matched teams?

Super Bowl LVIII/San Francisco 49ers podcast with David Zizmor: Will rough UNLV field play a role in 49ers Super Bowl; Will Mahomes’ father DUI arrest be a distraction?

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan speaks with the media on Mon Feb 5, 2024 said the field the 49ers are practicing on at UNLV in Las Vegas is just fine and they’ll get through it up until game day at the Super Bowl this Sun Feb 11, 2024

On the 49ers podcast with David:

#1 David, 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said using the UNLV field to practice on was no problem and it was all good. The issues reported were that the field was rough, it was not terribly torn up but for an NFL team to practice on a semi chewed up field could that impact their game as they will practice on that field all week leading up to the Super Bowl.

#2 Meanwhile the Kansas City Chiefs are using the Las Vegas Raiders practice facility. The 49ers were welcome to use the practice facility but declined and elected to use UNLV’s. Do you see that this could be an advantage for the Chiefs using a NFL facility going into the Super Bowl.

#3 Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes father Patrick Mahomes Sr was arrested for DUI he did bail out but there was a lot of publicity over the arrest and Mahomes was asked about it during media day at the Super Bowl saying that it’s an internal family issue that he’ll deal with it privately. Could this turn out to be a distraction for the Chiefs and Mahomes?

The Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones (95) and San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey (23) face off in Super Bowl LVIII on Sun Feb 11, 2024 in Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas (CBS Sports image)

On the Super Bowl LVIII podcast with Tony:

#1 Patrick Mahomes Sr DUI arrest will it have an impact on Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes Jr and it will it be a distraction for Mahomes Jr?

#2 San Francisco 49ers declined to share a practice same facility as the Kansas City Chiefs at the Las Vegas Raiders practice field and selected to play at the UNLV field and it was not a smooth field and chipped up after the Runnin Rebels season but head coach Kyle Shanahan said it was all good.

#3 The San Francisco 49ers combining the leads against the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Division game and against the Detroit Lions in the Championship game was 27:30. That was time mostly trying to get back into their games.

#4 Does coming back like that for the 49ers make them a good team or a team that if studied well enough can have weaknesses and teams like Green Bay and Detroit can capitalize on?

#5 Tony who do you see having the better advantage in the Super Bowl playing at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas the 49ers who are just 1.5 half from San Francisco or the Kansas City Chiefs who are the AFC team playing in their AFC rivals the Raiders stadium?

#6 Tony, what was the Chiefs biggest strength this season was it their offense and Patrick Mahomes who towards the end of the season got aggressive and won key games particularly after losing to the the Raiders in their last meeting of the season.

#7 Tony, would you agree it was 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy who was the key guy for those come backs against Green Bay driving down field in six of seven plays and against the Detroit Lions taking advantage of Lions head coach Dan Campbell’s mistake in calling for a play rather than kicking a field goal on fourth down. Only for the 49ers to have good position and come back and score?

Super Bowl LVII/Headline Sports podcast with Charlie O: 49ers and Chiefs what are the differences in teams; Will A’s shutdown operations after 2024?

Artists rendition of San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (13) and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback (13) Pat Mahomes standing in front of Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas (NFL.com image)

On Headlines Sports podcast with Charlie O:

#1 Charlie, looking at the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs for Super Bowl LVIII what do you consider some of the key differences between the two teams?

#2 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said that he knew that quarterback Brock Purdy was going to be their quarterback based on what he had seen from former 49ers quarterbacks Jimmy Garoppolo and Trey Lance. Looks like Shanahan called it.

#3 Charlie, some of the right wing have said that it’s a fix that the Chiefs are in the Super Bowl that the officials missed some calls in order for the Baltimore Ravens to lose to the Chiefs because they wanted a path for Chiefs Travis Kelce and superstar singer Taylor Swift to be the face of the Super Bowl. Some in the right think the Chiefs are also fixed to win the Super Bowl because of the Swiftie tie in. The thinking is the Chiefs winning would help influence President Biden’s re-election campaign with another Swift endorsement. What do you make of the still discussed story?

#4 Turning to Major League Baseball and the Oakland A’s ballpark saga, the latest for the A’s 2025-27 seasons has several candidates now with Salt Lake City supposedly running in the lead, Portland says they are welcoming the A’s and further saying if it doesn’t work out in Vegas the City of Portland will pay for the park, retail, ballpark village housing, ballpark and put it on the Red Tail Golf Course in Beaverton outside of Portland, Sacramento could be a surprise, Oracle Park looks like a long shot too much baseball for the field, Summerlin looks out of the hunt, and the Oakland Coliseum doesn’t look like it has a chance and John Fisher A’s owner owns half of the Oakland Coliseum property.

#5 The last option that has raised eye brows as well as the ire of the Players Union from reliable sources that the A’s would consider shutting down operations and not play for the next three years after the 2024 season is completed. The idea being that Fisher can save, raise funds for his share of the construction costs of building the Vegas Ballpark without having to pay for employees, players and contractors for three lame duck seasons.

That’s Amaury News and Commentary: Heart Attack increases around Super Bowl time

Heart Attack increases around Super Bowl time

That’s Amaury News and Commentary

By Amaury Pi-González

John Ryan, Professor of Medicine at the University of Utah, discusses the risk of having a heart attack during the Super Bowl. “It’s about stress management and how you deal with stress.” “It is also about coping with mechanisms” says the doctor, who continued; “Super Bowl time is ripe for increases in a heart attack, other contributors are eating poorly, smoking, drinking alcohol, being dehydrated, or indulging in high-caloric food like wings and beer.

Although doctors do not say it, prices of tickets for the Super Bowl could also give you a heart attack. “It’s real, it’s an actual thing,” says one cardiologist about the increased risk of cardiovascular problems during the NFL title game” in an article published in the Orange County Register.

A study by Rober A. Kloner of the Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles was published in the American Journal of Cardiology. “The emotional stress of loss and/or the intensity of a game played by a sports team, such as the Super Bowl, can trigger cardiovascular deaths.

It also happens at passionate soccer matches in Great Britain. These studies were on men; “no increase was observed in women.” The San Francisco 49ers have won five Super Bowls; the Kansas City Chiefs have won three. Both organizations have talented players and are proud of their football tradition. The most viewed Super Bowl in history was the 2023 Super Bowl.

Over 110 million people watched the KC Chiefs defeat the Philadelphia Eagles. The halftime show recorded an audience of 124 million people. This is the only game where commercials are part of the entertainment value as people and media rate these commercial gems, some just produced specially for this one game.

CBS Network, Ch 5 in the Bay Area, will carry the game from Allegiant Stadium Super Bowl LVIII is scheduled to begin at 3:30 PM Las Vegas and West Coast time. TV prices for a 30-second ad cost between $6.5 million to $7 million, according to sources familiar with sales at CBS network.

Enjoy the game, and do not have a heart attack; it is not worth it; life is too short to die on the one-yard line; remember the old cliche, “It is only a game.” (Quote) “That’s the biggest gap in sports, the difference between the winner and the loser of the Super Bowl.” -John Madden.

Super Bowl LVIII podcast with Tony Renteria: Chiefs are getting good defense in post season; 49ers never out of a game with two comebacks

Super Bowl LVIII podcast with Tony Renteria:

#1 Tony lets take a look at the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers for Super Bowl LVIII. First the Chiefs who are coming off a 17-10 win over the Baltimore Ravens. Pat Mahomes threw 30-39 for 241 yards and one touchdown.

#2 For Mahomes and Travis Kelce they’ll both be returning to the Super Bowl. For the Chiefs their an experienced team in the post season and playing the Big Game.

#3 The Ravens had home field and quarterback LaMar Jackson under center it would seem they had every advantage but the Chiefs did most of their scoring in the first half to beat the Ravens by a touchdown. The Chiefs defense basically shutdown the Ravens in the second half.

#4 The San Francisco 49ers once again had to come back from behind to win it against the Detroit Lions 34-31 at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara on Sunday. Down 24-7 at the half they proved they have the players to make a come back based on the Division Playoff win against the Green Bay Packers the week before in another come back game.

Super Bowl bound 49ers overcome 17-point deficit to win NFC Championship 34-31 over Lions

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffery is on the podium during an interview with FOX TV as quarterback Brock Purdy celebrates the team’s NFC Championship after beating the Detroit Lions 34-31 at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday JAN 28, 2024. (Austin Ginn-San Francisco 49ers)

by Marko Ukalovic

It was the worst of times; it was the best of times in Santa Clara.

The San Francisco 49ers outscored the Detroit Lions 27-7 in the second half to overcome a 17-point deficit in a 34-31 win over the Detroit Lions in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday afternoon at Levi’s Stadium.

San Francisco heads down to Sin City with its second NFC title in the past four years to take on the Kansas City Chiefs, who defeated the Baltimore Ravens earlier in the AFC Championship Game, in Super Bowl 58, a rematch of Super Bowl 54. Detroit failed to reach the Super Bowl and is still the only team in the NFL to have not played in the big game.

It was a tale of two halves. In the first half, Detroit’s offense ran down San Francisco’s throat with ease as it scored three rushing touchdowns while its defense stymied Brock Purdy and the 49ers offense. All-Pro running back Christian McCaffery was non-existent in the first 30 minutes of the game.

“It’s been a long year but at the same time it’s been pretty quick. I’ve tried to enjoy every single day. Enjoy these guys, the wins, enjoy honestly the lows that come… To pull a comeback like that in the NFC Championship is special,” Purdy said.

The Lions needed just four plays to score on their opening possession of the game. Head coach Dan Campbell got the rushing attack going with two runs from David Montgomery. Jameson Williams carried an end around for 42 yards, breaking a tackle along the way, for the game’s first touchdown.

Quarterback Brock Purdy marched the 49ers down the on its opening drive only to have rookie kicker Jake Moody miss a 48-yard field goal wide-right.

Quarterback Jared Goff marched the Lions down the field on next possession and had the 49ers defense on their heels as short passes to Jahmyr Gibbs and rookie tight end Sam Laporta set up Montgomery’s second touchdown of the game, a one-yarder up the middle to complete a 11 play 62-yard drive.

San Francisco’s offense finally broke the goose egg on the scoreboard with an eight play 75-yard drive of their own. The key play was a deep pass out to fullback Kyle Juszczyk, who made a high leaping grab, for 23 yards to get the 49ers inside Lions territory for the first time. McCaffery finished off the drive with a two-yard rushing touchdown right through the Lions defense.

Detroit’s defense set up their third touchdown. They pressured Purdy as he tried to step up to the pocket attempting a pass out to Deebo Samuel, who was cleared to play in the game on Friday, but the ball was tipped at the line of scrimmage and went into the hands of linebacker Malcom Rodriguez for the game’s first turnover.

The Lions capitalize on the interception with a five play 46-yard drive when Gibbs ran in for a 15-yard touchdown to give the visiting team a two-touchdown lead with 5:54 remaining in the second quarter.

After a forcing the 49ers three and out, Goff led a methodical 17 play 68-yard drive right before the end of the first half as the Lions converted three third down conversions. The drive stalled at the 49ers six-yard line as Michael Badgley converted a 21-yard field goal for a commanding 24-7 lead as the team went back in the locker rooms at halftime.

San Francisco marched down the field on their opening drive in the second half with a nine play 50-yard drive that resulted in a 43-yard field goal to make it a two-possession game.

“At halftime, there’s not really a rah-rah speech that’s going to get it done for us guys. Just figure out a way to get it done,” 49ers tight end George Kittle said.

The 49ers defense came up with the momentum changing play on Detroit’s next drive. On 4th and 2 at the 49ers 28-yard line, Campbell elected to go for it instead of attempting a field goal. Goff’s pass intended for Josh Reynolds was dropped and San Francisco took over on down.

“I don’t regret those decisions,” said Lions head coach Dan Campbell on his call to go for it on fourth down. “And that’s hard. It’s hard because we didn’t come through. It wasn’t able to work out. But I don’t. And I understand the scrutiny I’ll get. That’s part of the gig, man.”

On the second play on the ensuring drive, Purdy launched a deep ball down the middle intended for Brandon Aiyuk. The ball hit off the face mask of corner back Kindle Vildor and Aiyuk made a diving catch at the Detroit four-yard line for a 51-yard reception. Two plays later Purdy danced out of the pocket and found Aiyuk in the end zone for a six-yard touchdown to cut the lead to 24-17.

Tashaun Gipson stripped Gibbs of the ball on Detroit’s first play of its next drive during a run up the middle for no gain. Arik Armstead recovered the fumble at the Lions 25-yard line.

Purdy used his legs to scramble for 21 yards down to the Lions four-yard line. That set up McCaffery’s second touchdown of the game, another one-yarder from up the middle as the 49ers scored the equalizer with 3:02 left in the third quarter as the once quiet Levi’s Stadium crowd erupted and came to life.

“I think Brock (Purdy) has been scrambling, making plays ever since we got him in,” said 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan who knew of Purdy’s ability. “All you gotta do is go back to the first game (Purdy started) against Miami. Brock makes a lot of plays with his legs. He did it in college too. I thought it looked like every time Brock plays.”

San Francisco gained its first lead in the game with 9:52 remaining in the fourth quarter after a 33-yard field goal by Moody completed an 11 play 65-yard drive.

The Lions marched down the field on the ensuing possession but faced a 4th and 3 at the San Francisco 30-yard line. Once again, Campbell decided to go for it instead of attempting the game-tying field goal and it backfired twice as Goff’s pass intended for wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown fell incomplete.

“That kind of bit him (Campbell) in the butt,” 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa said.

The 49ers put the game away with a seven play 70-yard drive that resulted in a three-yard rushing touchdown by backup running back Elijah Mitchell with 3:02 remaining in the fourth quarter. Purdy used his legs once again to extend the drive when he ran out of the pocket on 3rd and 4 and scrambled for 21 yards down to Detroit’s 28-yards line. McCaffery then ran for 25 yards on the next play setting up Mitchell’s touchdown.

Detroit made it close at the end when Goff connected with Williams for a three-yard touchdown reception with 56 seconds left in the game. However, the ensuing onside kick was illegally touched by Craig Reynolds before going the mandatory 10 yards sealing the Lions fate.

Purdy finished the game 20 of 31 for 267 yards with one touchdown and one interception. McCaffery led the 49ers in rushing with 90 yards on 20 carries to go along with his two rushing touchdowns. McCaffery also had four catches for 42 yards. Samuel had eight catches for 89 yards.

Goff went 25 of 41 for 273 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions. Montgomery led all rushers with 93 yards on 15 carries. LaPorta led all receivers with nine catches for 97 yards. St. Brown tallied eight catches for 87 yards. Gibbs chipped in with 45 yards on 12 carries.

GAME NOTES: San Francisco finished with 6-for-12 on third down conversions. Detroit also went 6-for-12.

Purdy will become the third youngest quarterback in NFL history to start in a Super Bowl at 24 years and 46 days old.

UP NEXT: San Francisco takes on the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 58 on Sunday 2/11 at 3:20pm at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
