#1 New York Yankees Aaron Judge a three time MVP will return after being on the injured list since May 31st from a rib injury. Judge 34, made a diving catch in late April and played hurt but had to be taken out of the line up makes his first return Tuesday night.

#2 Los Angeles Dodgers two way player Shohei Ohtani after missing four days returned to the line up on Monday night after suffering from neck and arm injuries. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts says that Ohtani is not day to day but will take a look how he comes out of Monday night’s game against the Cincinnati Reds. Ohtani was the DH and walked once in three plate appearances.

#3 Milwaukee Brewers rookie outifelder Luis Lara has made a number of defensive plays in the last two months since arriving in the show. Lara 5 foot 7 made a leaping catch on Chicago Cubs Pedro Ramirez’s line drive that would have cleared the center-right field fence.

#4 Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Jesus Luzardo who never pitched a ninth inning of his first 149 starts got the job done throwing a 1-0 shutout. Luzardo struck out 12 batters and allowed two hits. Blanking the Atlanta Braves. You got to work with Luzardo during his Oakland A’s days and he never really got to pitch in the late innings due to the pitch count but there he was Monday night putting away the Braves.

#5 Amaury, Talk about Peter Crow Armstrong he’s been getting around on the baseball hitting his 41st home run putting him second in home runs behind the Philadelphia Phillies Kyle Schwarber who leads the Majors with 43.

Began as Oakland A’s Spanish-language voice in 1977 ending in 2024 (interrupted by stops with the Giants, Mariners and Angels). Voice of the Golden State Warriors from 1992 through 1998. 2010 inducted in the Bay Area Radio Hall of fame.
