On the San Jose Barracuda with Marko:

#1 The San Jose Barracuda (13-18-0-1) continue to struggle, last Saturday the Barracuda fell behind two goals to the Coachella Valley Firebirds in an eventual 4-1 loss at Tech CU Arena.

#2 The Firebirds Jimmy Schudt scored at 2:28 in the first period top shelf and teammate Kole Lind scored on a turnover to make it 2-0 at intermission.

#3 In the second period the Barracuda’s Thomas Bordeleau scored from the right side of the crease to cut Coachella’s lead to 2-1.

#4 Third period the Firebird Max McCormick scored top shelf on Barracuda goaltender Eetu Makiniemi and Firebird Ryan Evans scored his third goal of the season 60 second later at 10:48 to round off all the scoring for the night.

#5 Marko, the Barracuda continue this four game home stand Wednesday night against the Henderson Silver Knights a 7pm face off at Tech CU in San Jose.
