On the Raiders podcast with Tony R:
#1 Tony, the Las Vegas Raiders (1-3) were able to get great ground game from Josh Jacobs who carried for 144 yards for two touchdowns and the defense stopped Denver Broncos (2-2) quarterback Russell Wilson and the offense.
#2 Tony, the fourth quarter looked like it might lean in the direction for Wilson and the offense but the Raiders relied on Jacobs who carried to keep the Raiders in the ball game as Las Vegas scored a touchdown and field goal to keep the Broncos at bay.
#3 This was Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels first win as head coach and since his last head coaching job with the Broncos in 2010 how sweet was revenge in putting this win together?
#4 Raiders quarterback Derek Carr threw for 188 yards going 21-34 with no touchdowns and no interceptions pretty impressive no carries and the Raiders won it by 11 points.
#5 Up next for the Raiders it’s off to Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City where the Kansas City Chiefs (4-1) are coming off a 41-31 ten point win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Tampa Bay. It’s Monday Night Football what are the chances for the Raiders picking up a win in Kansas City for this one.
