On the 49ers podcast with J Hawkes:

#1 The 49ers continue to suffer the injury bug. This is what hampered them during their loses in Seattle Nov 1st and against Green Bay Nov 5th.

#2 The week of Nov 1st was a cruel week not just for injuries but San Francisco had a short turnaround after losing to the Seahawks on Nov 1st and the hosted the Green Bay Packers four days later on Thursday Night Football Nov 5th and lost that one as well.

#3 With staring quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo out and Nick Mullens under center now how much pressure has things been on Mullens in those last two games.

#4 Also this week head coach Kyle Shanahan said the status for the offensive line players running back Raheem Mostert (ankle), Tevin Coleman (knee), both will not play in New Orleans on Sunday. Wide receiver Deebo Samuel status is unknown and wide receiver Trent Taylor (back) didn’t practice.

#5 Joe, set it up for us the 49ers are nine point underdogs going into Sunday’s game and the Saints absolutely clobbered the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Sun Nov 8th 38-3 holding Bucs quarterback Tom Brady to 209 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions. How do you see this game Sunday?
