SAN JOSE–The San Jose Sharks hosted their 10th annual Los Tiburones Game on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at SAP Center in San José. Fiesta before and during the game, as the Day of Los Tiburones was broadcast in Spanish on the Sharks Audio Network and on NBC California Secondary Audio Channel.
The game took place on a Saturday, which allowed many families to attend. Many kids wore their Halloween outfits; it was a fun afternoon. A very aggressive Ottawa Senators won the game 5-1. However, the season is young, and the Sharks will continue to bring excitement on the ice at the Tank.
The Hispanic community appreciates the ‘hombres in Teal’ for the commitment from this NHL organization to the largest minority community of San José. Felipe Ugalde, Assistant to the General Manager, was interviewed, as well as Sergio Almodovar, of the Sharks Media Relations Department, who offer excellent insight into the Sharks working with the Hispanic community.
Of the many Sharks programs, one of my favorites is the Welcome to the Sharks Ice at San Jose Learn to Skate program. A challenging, rewarding, and fun way to learn the sports of hockey and skating! Kids and grown-ups have a lot of fun learning he skill of skating. In San José, Fremont, and Oakland. Do not forget to visit the Sharks on https://www.nhl.com/sharks/
