On the Raiders podcast with Rich:

#1 Former Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden says he feels shameful for the emails that he sent that were racist, anti-gay and misogynistic to former Washington Commanders team president Bruce Allen.

#2 Gruden said he’s a good church going father of three boys and has been married for 31 years and still loves football and would like another shot at working in the NFL again adding he hopes for forgiveness and wants another shot.

#3 Gruden has a lawsuit against the NFL saying the NFL ruined his career by making his emails public. Out of 650,000 emails that the NFL confiscated in it’s investigation of the Commanders only Gruden’s emails were made public and Gruden is suing the league for being singled out.

#4 Turning the Raiders as they prepare to meet the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Sun Sep 11. Talk about Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert who has more touchdowns against opposing teams in the NFL except the Raiders who he’ll face next week.

#5 Will the Raiders continue to put the pressure on Herbert and can they keep him running all day?
