1 LaVar Ball staying in the headlines after talking to CNN’s Chris Cuomo in a high profile interview concerning President Trump helping his son Liangelo, and two UCLA teammates Jalen Hill and Cody Riley who shoplifted in China. Cuomo interviewing Ball said Trump got his son Hill and Riley out of China possibly out of jail and although the players thanked Trump Ball never did which Cuomo and Ball went back and forth about in the interview

2 Tony asks if this was a self promotion about two marketing individuals with huge egos Trump and LaVar and it was indeed very similar to reality TV

3 The Oakland A’s catcher Bruce Maxwell is the front runner for the starting catching job for the A’s for the 2018 season which sounds very much like he’ll be on board with the A’s after the speculation that he might have hurt his chances after being charged for weapons assault when he waved a gun in front of a female food delivery person.

4 Tony talks about the Oakland Raiders needing to review their receivers coaches after a number of dropped passes during Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots in Mexico City. Raiders quarterback Derek Carr was putting not only putting passes on the numbers but it was on the receivers hands. Tony takes a look at what went wrong for the Raiders.
