For Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr he had the advantage of learning from his brother David’s mistakes when breaking into the NFL and he took it to heart and learned before he can make the same mistakes himself. The game that he played against Jacksonville he played very well and it was a dominate performance by the Raiders. Carr has a great gunslinger mentality with 513 yards passing with four touchdowns no picks.

Carr grew up idolizing former Green Bay Packer quarterback great Brett Farve and he has that gunslinger mentality but he does it without throwing picks. He has 17 touchdowns and only three interceptions so far in the season and after eight games that’s unbelievable. Carr is on a pace to having 34 touchdowns and six interceptions
