MLB Championship Series podcast with Tony Renteria: Cubs are knocking on the door as Cleveland waits

NLCS Cubs go up on the Los Angeles Dodgers in game five at Dodgers Stadium 3-2 going back to Wrigley Field on Saturday for game six. The Cubs also handled the Dodgers in game four 10-2. After the Cubs were blanked to drop to 1-2 losing on a 6-0 shutout things didn’t look too good but now that the Cubs are back in front 3-2 with the game going back to Chicago the Cubs could very well end up in their first World Series since 1945.

ALCS Cleveland is getting plenty of rest after taking out the Toronto Blue Jays 4-1. Cleveland were rolling with a sweep over the Boston Red Sox in the ALDS and now the ALCS they almost got a sweep if not for losing in game four in Toronto. Cleveland has not won a World Series since 1948 and they not been in a World Series since 1954.
