On the NFL podcast with Joe Hawkes the NFL announced on Wednesday they would conduct a “comprehensive review” into whether or not the wife of Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning accepted and signed for a package that was delivered to his home when he was a member of the Indianapolis Colts.
The HGH was ordered to help speed the recovery of a shoulder injury that Manning had suffered. Al Jazeera TV has reported that an intern from the Anti Aging clinic that Manning had allegedly ordered from recorded the conversation the clinic had with Manning’s wife during the time of the order. The NFL has requested all written documents, records, interviews, with other agencies that are related to any HGH deliveries and orders and where it was delivered to.
Manning is starring in this season’s Super Bowl 50 and could very likely be the subject of media scrutiny about the Al Jazeera story during Super Bowl week. Al Jazeera is being sued by MLB’s Washington Nationals Ryan Zimmerman for reporting that Zimmerman has used performance enhancing drugs. The drug called Delta 2 a Human Growth Hormone according to Al Jazeera was used by Zimmerman. Zimmerman’s attorneys have said their suing for defamation.
