NFL Podcast with Tony Renteria: Manning injury could last at least two weeks, Browns give Johnny Football a try; Rams to start Keenum

On the NFL podcast with Tony Renteria the Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning will be on the shelf for some time as Manning is suffering from Plantar Fascia in his right foot making it painful for the veteran quarterback to set back in the pocket or just to move around. Manning had been complaining about the pain but after being diagnosed he was told he need to rest the foot.

Cleveland Browns starting quarterback Josh McCown whose suffering from multiple injuries will be replaced by Johnny Manziel. The Browns had lost five straight and are looking for some better effort with Manziel in the starting line up.

The St.Louis Rams will sit their starter Nick Foles and go with Case Keenum at quarterback. Head coach Jeff Fisher said it was not the fault of Foles but the team effort on offense was lacking and a change was needed. Fisher said the quarterback position starts with the offense and Fisher said changing quarterbacks was necessary.
