San Francisco Giants podcast Michael Villanueva:

#1 San Francisco pitcher Robbie Ray was lights out pitching into the ninth something the Giants don’t see very often. He was simply amazing allowing three hits, two earned runs, one walk and seven strikeouts. The Giants offense was excellent with 12 hits while Arizona only had three hits.

#2 San Francisco got this game underway in a repeat of Wednesday’s game scoring two runs in the first inning. Heliot Ramos got the game off to a great start hitting a double driving Willy Adames home for a 1-0 lead.

#3 Jung Hoo Lee who had a dynamite game Wednesday also got a nice start in game four Thursday sacrificing Rafael Devers home for the 2-0 lead.

#4 Ray was didn’t get run support in the three loses that he had but got run support Thursday night for the 8-2 win.

#5 The Giants will send Justin Verlander to the mound as he continues to look for his first win this season. He has a 0-5 win/loss record and a 4.26 ERA. The A’s will start JP Sears who comes into the game with a 6-7 win/loss record and a 5.09 ERA.
