#2 The New York Islanders (27-15-4) got a three goal win over New Jersey (18-22-7) 4-1. Isles goals by Anders Lee, who scored twice (17 & 18), Michael Dal Colle (1) and Jordan Eberle (11).

#3 The New York Rangers (20-20-7) over the Chicago Blackhawks (16-24-9) 4-3. The Rangers got goals from Filip Chitil (8), Mats Zucarello (8), Chris Kreider (22), and Mika Zibanejad (15).

#4 The Toronto Maple Leafs (29-15-2) got a two-goal win over the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-2. Goals by the Leafs Nazem Kadri (10), Patrick Marleau (11), Mitchell Marner (19), and Zach Hyman (8).

#5 The Winnipeg Jets (31-14-2) got a big win over the Nashville Predators (28-17-4) 5-1. Brenden Lemieux scored two goals for Winnipeg his fourth and fifth for the season.
