#2 After dropping three of four with the Angels in the opening series of the season the A’s who won on opening day last Thursday and then opened the series with the Rangers with a 3-1 win on Monday night.

Despite the loss the A’s have some pitchers who might be able to turn it up a notch and get some good performances out of pitchers like Kendall Graveman, Andrew Triggs, Sean Manaea, and Daniel Mengden.

#5 A’s and Rangers go at it again tonight at the Coliseum, Graveman gets the start. It’s Graveman’s first appearance since last Thursday’s win on opening day at the Coliseum where Graveman went five innings, seven hits, five earned runs, and a strike out.
