The Stanford Cardinal who are on the road for this final game in the Southland at Pauley Pavilion against the UCLA Bruins on Saturday night. The Cardinal are coming off two straight loses including one that started the road trip on Thursday to the USC Trojans. The Cardinal played UCLA earlier this year at the Maples Pavilion, where that contest went into a double overtime Stanford win.
This is definitely going to be a big game for Stanford and a chance for the Cardinal to right the ship and put confidence in the Cardinal since coming into Pac-12 play or they’re going to have a game where UCLA is going to go out for revenge for that double overtime loss that sent the Bruins into a little bit of a tailspin leaving them looking around the room trying to figure out what happened.
The Bruins no doubt are going to be out for revenge tonight and the Cardinal are going to be looking forward to getting back into the win column and trying to do it against a team that’s considered a benchmark of college basketball UCLA.
