The Stanford Cardinal who got a big win over ASU 34-24 in their last game Saturday put the Cardinal at 3-2 and their heading to Utah and the Utes are 4-0 for the season and are playing very well and they had a bye last week and are well rested and their going to be playing in Utah where the stadium is at an elevation of 4200 feet. So the altitude might be a problem for the Cardinal this Saturday.
Not only did Cardinal running back Bryce Love have an outstanding game at rushing for 301 yards against ASU in five games he’s got 5,087 yards in 97 carries. He’s averaging 11.1 yards per carry which is monumental who does that? There have only been a few players in the history of college football to wrack up that amount of yardage in such a short period of time.
Former USC running back Reggie Bush was able to carry for 255 yards in rushing in consecutive games so Love is in pretty good company. Bush was a Heisman Trophy winner all be it was taken back for NCAA policy violations. Love is having an unbelievable season for the Cardinal and who knew he was this good.
