On the MLB podcast, concerning the Tenors who sang the Canadian national anthem the one tenor who held up the sign that said “all lives matter to the brave” and was suspended from the group for being disrespectful. On the other hand there were a number of fans on talk radio and on line that said that the one tenor who was brave to do what he did and that was a bold statement he made.
Tony is baseball traditionalist but believes that things have to change and that society is going through some tough times right now and what’s great about being an American you can open your mouth up and there’s freedom of speech. There are people say something should happen to the tenor. The freedom part means you don’t go to jail and though he was rightfully suspended he made a bold statement about today’s current events.
